At his 28th annual town hall meeting held at Emory University, former President Jimmy Carter felt the need to comment on the Kanye fiasco. Carter, who’s been a professor at the university since 1982, called Kanye’s behavior “uncalled for.” Yea, we knew that much. Glad Kanye is the new hot topic for political dignitaries *sarcasm*
